  • Cannot control admission decisions made by universities
  • Cannot control visa decisions made by immigration authorities

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Admission/Visa Denial: No refunds are provided for admission rejections or visa denials, as these decisions are beyond our control
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5.4 Third-Party Fees

  • Application fees, test fees, visa fees, and other charges payable to third parties are separate from our service fees
  • You are responsible for all third-party payments
  • We are not liable for refunds of third-party fees
